Integrated Instagram Features

1.1 Conversational Sales (SPARKY)

Sparky connects to your Instagram Direct Messages to automate outbound lead follow-ups, answer common queries, qualify interest, and book meetings. Sparky acts strictly in draft mode, preparing replies that you approve.

1.2 Unified Inbox and Approvals

Incoming Instagram direct messages are pulled into a secure dashboard inbox, allowing founders to read, review, and manually approve or edit replies drafted by the AI before they go live.

1.3 Lead Qualification and Scoring

Sparky reads conversation metrics and participant public details such as display name and follower count to analyze lead interest and score them on a high-value pipeline.

Platform Data Handling and Compliance

2.1 Security and authentication

We authorize strictly via Meta's official OAuth flow. We never ask for or store your passwords. Your token is encrypted at rest.

2.2 Scopes requested

  • We request only profile data and DMs.

2.3 Data caching and expiry

DMs and user profiles are cached locally to render the unified inbox. Messages are automatically purged after 90 days.

2.4 Complete deletion and revocation

You can disconnect Instagram at any time in Settings. Disconnection instantly deletes your token and all cached Instagram data within 30 days. Read our Data Deletion Instructions.
