Data Deletion Instructions

You can request permanent deletion of your BeastSquad.AI account and all data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this: from inside the app (recommended) or by emailing us. Both routes lead to the same outcome.

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is from your settings while signed in. This verifies your identity automatically.

• Sign in to BeastSquad.AI.
• Go to Settings -> Account.
• Click "Delete Account".
• Confirm your decision in the prompt.

Once submitted, your account is immediately marked for deletion and you are signed out. All connected OAuth tokens (Instagram, Gmail, Slack, Google, Calendly, Telegram) are revoked at that moment, and your data is permanently purged within 30 days.

If you cannot sign in to your account, email tristan@beastsquad.ai from the email address linked to your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

• We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
• We may verify your identity before processing the request.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
• OAuth tokens for all connected channels are revoked at the start of processing.

• Account profile, login credentials, and onboarding data.
• Connected channel records and OAuth access tokens (Instagram, Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Calendly, Telegram).
• All Instagram-derived data: direct message conversations, message content, sender IDs (IGSIDs), profile cache, follower counts.
• Lead pipeline data, conversation history, agent activity logs, and approval queue records.
• AI-generated content (drafts, captions, replies, briefs).
• Uploaded videos and their transcripts.
• Notification history and platform settings.

A small set of records is retained where required by law, such as billing and tax records (kept for at least 7 years per applicable financial regulations). These records contain only the minimum information needed for legal compliance and do not include any Instagram or other third-party platform content.

If you only want to revoke BeastSquad's access to your Instagram account without deleting your BeastSquad.AI account:

• Sign in to BeastSquad.AI.
• Go to Settings -> Channels.
• Click "Disconnect" next to your Instagram account.

The Instagram OAuth token is revoked immediately. You can also remove the BeastSquad.AI app from inside Instagram itself by going to your Instagram Settings -> Apps and Websites -> Active and removing BeastSquad.AI.

• OAuth tokens revoked: immediately upon request.
• Account deactivated and signed out: immediately upon request.
• Data permanently purged from active databases: within 30 days.
• Data purged from encrypted backups: within 90 days as backups roll over.
